Discipline, mutual respect, and adherence to established norms form the foundation of a safe and effective learning environment. To ensure the smooth functioning of the school and the well-being of all students, parents and students are expected to strictly comply with the following rules and regulations

 

Campus Regulations

 

• Parents and guardians are not permitted to visit their ward directly in the classroom during school hours. For discussions related to a student’s academic progress or conduct, parents are required to visit the school personally and follow the prescribed procedure. Only parents or guardians whose names are recorded in the admission form will be entertained for any official communication.

 

• Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.

 

Prohibited Items and Conduct

 

• Students are advised not to bring valuable or expensive items to school, as the school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage. The possession or use of mobile phones within the school campus is strictly prohibited.

 

• Offering presents or gifts, whether in cash or kind, to any member of the school staff is strictly forbidden.

 

Health and Safety

 

• Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend school. Re-entry will be allowed only upon submission of a medical fitness certificate after complete recovery.

 

• While the school takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of students, it shall not be held responsible for injuries sustained during playtime or other school activities.

 

Property and Discipline

 

• Students are expected to respect school property at all times. Any damage to furniture, books, equipment, or fittings due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the concerned student, along with appropriate disciplinary action.

 

• Regular attendance is compulsory. Absenteeism is considered a serious matter, and fines may be imposed as per school norms. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their ward’s regular attendance.

 

• If any document or information submitted at the time of admission or thereafter is found to be false or misleading, the school reserves the right to cancel the student’s admission at any stage.

 

School Authority

 

• The school reserves the right to modify or amend these rules and regulations whenever necessary, without prior notice.
